Nick was wonderful! Very friendly and helpful. Before he took my car back to get serviced he showed me where the waiting room was and told me it would be about an hour. Most places give you an estimated time but aren’t ever correct with that but an hour later he was back to get me! He has great customer service and made me feel like part of the Laria Family. I have been dealing with Laria for over 7 years and I couldn’t be happier! Always great.
This was my second time leasing from Laria Chevrolet Buick. Joe Laria and Leon Jacks worked tirelessly to get me the price I needed. They were patient, and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend Laria Chevrolet Buick! They really do treat you like family!!
Very disappointed by the service at this place. I stopped by with my family to look at used Minivans. They only had 1 in our price range and it had a broken A.C.. We were told it was as-is so their mechanics didn't even fully inspect it. We told the salesman if they could fix the A.C. we would be interested in the van. He told us he would talk to his manager and promised to call when he found out if they would fix it or not. Never hear from from him. Got a newer, lower mileage vehicle with more features AND warranty elsewhere for only a little bit more. Don't plan on ever going back based on their service.
Facility is clean and up-to-date. Friendly and courteous service by everyone at the dealership. It is that type of "folksy, small town service facility" one might remember when visiting a garage in years past. That is the concept the Laria Family still offers today.
